Cottage Cheese Filled Green Pancakes

Make your pancakes super delicious with our Organic Super Greens. Have you ever tried adding cottage cheese to your pancakes? If you've never heard about these before your in for a treat! They add a great fluffy texture while also adding the benefits of protein! They are full of protein and are sure to please even the pickiest eater.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Scoop Organic Super Greens
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Cottage Cheese (low fat)
  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Water (optional)
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
STEP BY STEP

Mix liquid ingredients first followed by dry create a smooth batter. Add up to 1/4 of water for desired thickness

Use a medium heat with non-stick pan grease pan with oil (avocado, olive)

Measure out around 1/4 cup portion and place into pan. Flip serve and enjoy.
