INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Cup Coconut water or water
  • 1/4 Cup Pineapple (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/4 Cup of Strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 Scoops Transformation Vanilla Protein
  • A few ice cubes
  • One serving Organic Super Greens

Pour coconut water, strawberries, pineapple, ice and protein in a blender
