Super Green Pistachio Muffins

A great way to add your Organic Super Greens in with a muffin meal. This recipe makes 7 medium muffins. The macronutrients provided are for one muffin. To cut back on the fat and to add more protein try using 1 1/2 cups of Almond flour and one scoop Vanilla Transformation Protein! That will give you more protein, less carbs, fats, and tastes great!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Scoop of Organic Super Greens
  • 2 Cups Almond flour
  • 2 Tsp Baking powder
  • 2/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Pistachios
  • 1 Tsp Almond extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Splenda/sweetener
STEP BY STEP

Combine all wet ingredients together and stir

Add remaining ingredients to bowl

Spray muffin tin with non stick spray

Place muffins into 350 degree oven for 20 min or completely cooked through
