6 Strawberry Protein Popsicles

Dessert can be fun and simple! Strawberry popsicles can be prepared quickly and it is a yummy snack that helps you cool down after your workout. This can also be done with other berries, the choice is yours! The serving size for the nutrition label is one popsicle. Based on what type of Yogurt you use will vary in calories and Macronutrients.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Scoops Transformation Protein Powder Vanilla
  • 2 Cups of Lactose Free Yoghurt (suggestion: Vanilla Coconut Kefir – this is a vegan option with probiotics)
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Lactose free Milk
  • 6 Popsicle molds
STEP BY STEP

Blend 2 cups of lactose free yoghurt with 2 scoops protein powder and a cup of strawberries

Slice 1 1/2 cups of strawberries, evenly distribute them into 10 popsicle moulds

Pour in the blended mix into the popsicle moulds. If there is room left, add lactose free milk

Pop them into the freezer, serve in 3hrs or when they are frozen
