Dates make a great snack because they are high in fiber and high protein. This simple easy to make smoothie recipe is very filling and packed with healthy fat, high fiber, and lots of protein.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Scoops of Transformation Protein Powder Vanilla
  • 4 Dates
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 Cups Almond milk
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Cup Ice (optional)
STEP BY STEP

Add all liquid ingredients first into blender

Pour dry ingredients last

Blend till smooth
