Our acai bowl is packed with fiber and healthy fats. You can even add a full cup of Chia seed to create a thick Chia Pudding! Chia seeds are superfoods because they're full of omega threes and antioxidants. Chia seeds add a jelly-like texture and when soaked in water it creates a thicker consistency making it perfect for bowls.
