Cherry Vanilla Smoothie

Cherrys have amazing health benefits they are packed with antioxidants especially if you buy them fresh over canned or preserved in syrup. This recipe is very simple and easy to make. Make sure you pit the fresh cherries our you can buy them pre-pitted and frozen! Frozen fruits are great when making smoothies because they are picked at the peak of ripeness and frozen to preserve the nutrients.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Scoop Transformation Protein Powder Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup fresh or frozen Cherries
  • 12 Oz. Coconut milk (or milk-alternative of choice)
  • Ice cubes as needed

Place all liquid ingredients and ice first followed by dry into blender
