- 1 Scoop Collagen
- 1 Container or 6 Ounces Greek Yogurt Fat Free
- ½ Banana
- ½ Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1-3 Packets Zero calorie Sweetener
- ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
