Chocolate Zucchini Protein Muffins
Jen Widerstrom's favorite recipe! Now you can enjoy eating muffins without the regret of too many calories or too much sugar. Each muffin has a net carb of only 5 grams, making this great for Keto. Not a chocolate fan, no problem, just use Transformation Protein Vanilla instead. This recipe makes 8 delicious muffins packed with protein.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Servings (4 scoops) Transformation Chocolate Protein
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Flax Seed
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 Cup Almond Butter
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Zucchini
STEP BY STEP

Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl, all wet ingredients in another

Then mix together

Use avocado or olive oil spray to coat muffin pan

Add mixture to muffin pan evenly

Bake @ 350F for about 18-20min
