Cinnamon Mug Cake
Delicious Mug Cake is quick and easy to make! This recipe is low in carbohydrates with a net carb of only 7 grams. Add any toppings you'd like we, found adding Greek Yogurt, Berries, and extra Cinnamon as a great combo. This recipe makes 2 cake mugs. Instead of that cinnamon bun from your favorite coffee shop or pastry store make this quick recipe and save the calories and get the extra protein in at 14 grams!
- 1/2 Scoop Transformation Vanilla Protein
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Stevia
- 3 Tbsp Almond Flour
- 1 Tbsp Almond Butter melted
- 1/4 Tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Optional small handful of Blue Berries, dollop of Greek Yogurt (Topping)
STEP BY STEP
Coat two microwave proof mugs with coconut oil or spray.
Beat together egg, oil and stevia in a small bowl. Wait a few minutes after melting the oil before adding with the egg or it will cook the egg and be lumpy.
Stir in the baking soda, almond flour and cinnamon.
Pour batter into two mugs and microwave 80 seconds each. Add 10 seconds, if needed.
Cool down 1 minute and top with greek yogurt, berries and cinnamon if you'd like
