By adding oats you get a thicker shake that takes a little longer to digest but better for you because of all the fiber which helps you absorb the carbohydrates slowly giving you longer-lasting energy. Fiber is very good for lowering cholesterol and low in sugar.

  • ½ Cup Dairy Free Sugar Free Yogurt
  • ¼ Cup Gluten-free Oatmeal
  • 1 Tbs. Nut-butter (almond works great)
  • 1 Tsp. Cocoa Powder
  • 12 oz. Water
  • 6 ice cubes
