- 2 Scoops Transformation Protein Vanilla Powder
- 1/2 Cup Spinach
- 1 Kiwi
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1/2 Cup Ice
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- 1/4 Pear
- 1 Cup water
STEP BY STEP
Prepare your fruits and veggies. Measure 1/2 cup of spinach, Cut 1 whole kiwi, 1/4 avocado and 1/4 pear.
Add your ice, water, almond milk, and protein powder to the blender.
Now, add in your fruits and vegetables to the blender with the ice, milk and protein.
