INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Medium Mango (preferably frozen)
  • 1/2 Cup of dried Lychee
  • 1 Cup of Coconut water
  • 5-6 Large ice cubes
  • 1 Tbs of crushed Mint
  • 1 Scoop of Transformation Vanilla Protein Powder
STEP BY STEP

Prepare your fruit; remove the skin and core from the mango and remove the skin and seeds of the lychees.

Place your mango, lychees, coconut water and ice cubes into a blender and blend for 1 minute at high speed.

Add Transformation Protein and continue to blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve with a sprinkle of freshly crushed mint leaves for extra freshness and enjoy!
