Lychee Mango Coconut Summer Smoothie
This ultimate summer smoothie is refreshing and energizing, an ideal treat after a tough cardio workout. With the perfect balance of natural vitamins, minerals and Transformation Protein's superblend, it will ward off the heat wave while helping you stay in beach shape!
- 1 Medium Mango (preferably frozen)
- 1/2 Cup of dried Lychee
- 1 Cup of Coconut water
- 5-6 Large ice cubes
- 1 Tbs of crushed Mint
- 1 Scoop of Transformation Vanilla Protein Powder
STEP BY STEP
Prepare your fruit; remove the skin and core from the mango and remove the skin and seeds of the lychees.
Place your mango, lychees, coconut water and ice cubes into a blender and blend for 1 minute at high speed.
Add Transformation Protein and continue to blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve with a sprinkle of freshly crushed mint leaves for extra freshness and enjoy!
