Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

Simple smoothie recipe with only a few ingredients! Tastes like peanut butter and jelly without the high carbs from bread! Makes for a great snack or breakfast to take on the go. You can use any nut butter you prefer or switch out that strawberry for raspberry.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Scoops of Transformation vanilla protein
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries
  • 1 tbs. Almond or Sunflower butter
  • 12 oz. Unsweetened Almond or Coconut milk
  • 3-6 ice cubes

Mix all the ingredients in a blender cup
