Chocolate Power Dates

Dates make a great snack because they are high in protein and are sweet-flavored which makes them perfect when having a sweet tooth. Dates stuffed with powdered peanut butter and Chocolate Transformation Protein, coated with chocolate and a sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes. This recipe makes a total of 10 dates. The serving size is for 5 dates.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Scoop Transformation Protein Chocolate
  • 10 Dates
  • 2 Tbsp PB2
  • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Water to make a paste with powders (add teaspoons at a time)
STEP BY STEP

Cut dates down one side, remove pit.

Combine 2 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter and a scoop of Transformation protein

Add water to the powdered mixture, making a thick paste.

Spoon the paste into the date and gently close the date.

Slowly melt chocolate over low heat.

Gently roll the date in the melted chocolate. (not all of this gets used but you have to be able to roll the dates around)

Sprinkle date with coconut.

Allow to cool, enjoy!
