INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Transformation Protein
  • ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Large Whole Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1-2 Stevia or Monk fruit
  • 1 Ounce Milk Substitute
  • ½ Ripe Banana

Mix all ingredients together into a mug till smooth

Microwave for 30 seconds

Mix everything again to allow it to cook evenly

Microwave for an additional 1-2 minutes
