What's great about crepes for breakfast is that they are higher in protein and lower in Carbohydrates. This is perfect if you're on the Keto Diet or watching your carbohydrate intake. You can finish this off with zero-calorie syrup or some almond or peanutbutter! This recipe makes a total of 6 crepes the serving size is 3 crepes total. The amounts below are estimates use your own judgment for the portion size and if needed add or lessen the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 Cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop Transformation Protein Vanilla
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Ripple milk
  • 1/3 Cup club soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt (or less on preference)
STEP BY STEP

Mix all and blend with a blender or beater

Set pan to medium heat

Pour about 1/3 cup amount of liquid batter onto pan

Flip crepe when air bubbles show

Serve with zero calorie syrup or your favorite nut butter
