Protein-packed Chocolate Donut Holes

Warm chocolate cake donut holes made healthy with Transformation Protein! This recipe is easy to make and is perfect for a late night snack or breakfast with your coffee.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Scoop Transformation Protein Powder Chocolate
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 Package (1.3oz) of SugarFree Chocolate Fudge Pudding Mix
  • 1 Tbsp Swerve Confectioners Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Fat-free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Egg
  • Topping: 1-2 Tbsp Swerve Confectioners Sugar Substitute
STEP BY STEP

Preheat oven 350°. Line baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl

Add the egg and greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and stir

Form dough into 8 even-sized donut balls. Place on baking sheet

Bake 15-17 minutes or until donut holes are cooked through

Allow donut holes to cool slightly. Roll in powdered sugar topping
