The Perfect Strawberry Spice Parfait

Here is an easy parfait recipe with more protein and fewer carbohydrates. Perfect if you're watching your carbohydrate intake! You can make this in bulk for parties or have it as a snack when your craving something sweet. We suggest making this with either plain Greek yogurt or a non-dairy alternative like coconut yogurt! Tip if you're looking for a dairy alternative look for more protein content and lower carbohydrate.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 scoop Transformation vanilla protein
  • 1 cup Nonfat Greek yogurt or non dairy alternative
  • 1/4 cup Frozen strawberries (thawed)
  • 1/4 cup Frozen blueberries (thawed)
  • 2 tbsp. Granola
  • 1-ounce Almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon any spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger powder)
  • 1 tbs Peanut Butter Powder
STEP BY STEP

Mix the protein powder with Greek yogurt / non dairy alternative in a blender

Take 1/4 of the mix and place into a 12 oz glass (or mason jar)

Place a small amount of fruit, Peanut Butter powder, spices and nuts

Repeat the last two steps to create layers in your parfait
