Make your waffles healthier! By adding Transformation Protein to this waffle recipe gives you much more protein plus vitamins and minerals. This recipe gives you a serving of 2 waffles. Add fruit and zero-calorie all-natural syrup or honey for flavor.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Scoop of Transformation Protein Powdered Vanilla
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Pumpkin Purée
  • 1 Tbsp for Syrup
  • 3-4 Egg Whites
  • 1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Tbsp Honey for Syrup
STEP BY STEP

Heat up waffle maker

Mix all ingredients together

Spray waffle maker with cooking spray

Pour mix into waffle maker and cook for 2 to 3 minutes

Dissolve honey and water on low heat for 1-2 min

Add remaining pumpkin pure to honey mix for a tasty syrup alternative
