- 2 1/2 Tbsp Pumpkin Purée
- 1 Tbsp for Syrup
- 3-4 Egg Whites
- 1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tbsp Honey for Syrup
