INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Scoops of Transformation vanilla protein
  • ¼ tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tbs. Rolled oats
  • 1 Date (pitted)
  • 1 tsp. Nutmeg spice
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 12 ounces unsweetened Oat Milk
  • 4-5 Ice cubes

Add all liquid ingredients and ice into a blender

Add the protein powder and all dry ingredients

Blend until smooth
