Strawberry's Are My Jam Smoothie

Simple and easy smoothie to make. Tastes like a strawberry milkshake. We added the superfood flax seed because of its amazing benefits. Flax seeds are high in fiber and contain omega three fatty acids which support healthy cholesterol levels. If you'd like to add more healthy ingredients add one scoop of super greens!

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Scoops of Transformation vanilla protein
  • 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Tbs. ground Flaxseed or Chia seeds
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 8 oz. Coconut milk (or milk-alternative of choice)
  • 4 oz. Water
  • 2-3 Ice Cubes (as needed)
STEP BY STEP

Add all liquid ingredients and ice into a blender

Add the protein powder and all dry ingredients

Blend until smooth
