A yummy and guilt-free alternative to ice cream. This recipe is great when your craving a late-night snack watching your favorite sitcom. In the mood for chocolate, no problem use Chocolate flavored Transformation Protein and switch the cinnamon to cocoa. This recipe makes 3 servings.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Scoops of Transformation Protein Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Greek or low fat yogurt
  • 2 Banana’s
  • 1 Tbsp of Cinnamon

Put all ingredients into food processor and blend well

Transfer to a freezer safe container
