Healthy Banana Protein Pancakes
Eating healthy doesn't mean you have to give up something you love like Pancakes. Now you can eat pancakes and not feel so bad! These pancakes are beyond healthy for you with Transformations protein mix, you can make them chocolate or vanilla! The only carb you'll be getting is from banana this recipe is flour-free! For this recipe make sure to use a hand mixer for best results. This recipe makes about 8 Pancakes
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Transformation Protein Powder
- 1 Ripe banana
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Large eggs
- 2 ounces egg whites
STEP BY STEP
In two bowls, separate the yolks and the egg whites.
Beat the egg whites on high for 2 minutes until they frothed
Add the egg yolks along with the remaining ingredients to a medium bowl and beat until smooth
Gently fold the frothed egg white mixture into the banana yoke mixture
Heat a skillet over low heat.
Scoop 1/4 cup of the mixture onto the skillet and cook for 60-90 seconds on each side
