INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Scoops Transformation Protein Powder Vanilla
  • 2 Cups of Lactose free Yogurt (suggestion: Vanilla Coconut Kefir – this is a vegan option with probiotics)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Lactose Free Milk
  • 6 Popsicle Mold Tray

Add all liquid ingredients first into blender followed by dry

Blend till smooth

Pour into 6 tray popsicle container

Place into Freeze till frozen
