Here's a nutrition tip, don't use syrup, try using fruit mashed into a puree and melted honey. You can make these protein waffles with Transformation protein powder Vanilla or Chocolate, they will both taste delicious! If you have eggwhites use 3 ounces of egg whites and one yoke for an egg.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Scoops of Vanilla (or Chocolate) Transformation Protein
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tbs Peanut butter
- 1 tbs Coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
