Yes, making this bliss ball recipe is all this and more. Makes about 16, 1-inch diameter balls. I would serve these at my wedding ;) You can keep these in your fridge for 10 days as a better snack alternative. Serving size is one protein ball out of 16 total

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Scoops Transformation Protein Vanilla or Chocolate
  • 1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup of Chunky Peaunut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of Unrefined Honey
  • 4 Tbsp. Water (or more as needed)
  • 1 Cup of Old Fashioned Oats
  • A generous sprinkle of Hemp Seeds (or Chia)
STEP BY STEP

Place all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl

Using a large wooden spoon stir the ingredients until combined

Once combined, roll into equal size 1 inch diameter ball shapes

Refridgerate for at least 2 hours
