Vanilla Protein Turmeric Latte

Turmeric has been a very well-known spice for not just cooking but for its anti-inflammatory benefits. This latte is has a smooth vanilla cinnamon taste with a turmeric soft feel. Not only does it have the benefits of turmeric but you get that extra protein from transformation protein.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Scoop Transformation Protein Vanilla
  • One Shot of Espresso
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
  • Dash Cinnamon
  • 2/3 Cup Oat Milk
STEP BY STEP

Make 1 Espresso hot

Make form by using frother 1/4th cup Oat Milk

Add 1/3 cup Oat milk to espresso and mix all dry ingredients

Add foam on top and sprinkle any extra cinnamon on top
