This smoothie works great with Transformation Protein Vanilla or Chocolate. This makes a good snack or light lunch. It’s packed with protein, fiber, healthy fats, phytonutrients, and probiotics.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Scoops Transformation Protein Powder Vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup mixed Berries
  • 12 Ounces of Water
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flax seed
  • 1 Tbsp Walnuts
  • 1/2 Cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Spinach

Add all liquid ingredients first into blender
