Collagen Pomegranate Energy Bites are the perfect on-the-go snack, naturally sweetened with dates and packed with fiber. Pomegranates are packed with antioxidants making this treat extra healthy. This recipe makes a batch of 16 balls the macronutrients for serving size is one ball.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Scoop Collagen
  • 1/2 Cup Pomegranate aerils
  • 1/4 Cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Almond butter
  • 1/2 Banana (mashed)
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Pitted Dates
  • 1 Tbsp Water if needed for mixing

Add all ingredients except pomegranate seeds to a food processor

Process until blended

Remove from processor and roll into 16 small balls. slowly roll in pomegranate to prevent breaking

Move to the freezer for 10-15 minutes and enjoy
