Collagen Pumpkin Spice Latte

Pumpkin spice lattes can be made with already premade pumpkin spice or you can make it from scratch combining nutmeg, ginger powder, and cinnamon. This simple pumpkin spice latte recipe combines non-flavored collagen so no change in flavor just the added benefits. The serving size is one latte this recipe makes 2.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Scoop Collagen
  • 2 Cups Oat Milk
  • 2 Tbs Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Tbs Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 Cup Strong Hot Coffee or Espresso
  • 1 Tbs Stevia or Monkfruit

Brew coffee or espresso

In a medium saucepan pore 2 Cups Oat Milk ,Pumpkin puree, and zero calorie sweetener set to medium heat do not boil

After heating for about 8 mins remove from stove top and whisk in the Collagen, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and the coffee

Place into two mugs for you and a friend and enjoy :)
